Château Pech-Latt
Château Pech-Latt stands in Lagrasse, in the heart of the Corbières, in a natural amphitheatre of hills and garrigue at the foot of the Alaric mountain. It has been organic since the 1991 vintage, one of the first vineyards in the South to make the change.

Its history is tied to the abbey of Lagrasse, founded in 779 under Charlemagne: in the 12th century, a church of Pechlat was among the monks’ possessions. A vine is recorded at Pech-Latt as early as 1634, and winegrowing became the estate’s main activity in 1903.
In 1968, it was one of the first châteaux in the Corbières to destem and crush its grapes, and it gave up chemical weedkillers in 1970. Five of its cuvées are each led by one grape: Carignan for Le Maquis des Corbes, Grenache for Mémoire d’Alaric, Syrah for Terres Mûres, Mourvèdre for L’Île Ardente and Marselan for Jardin Selan.
A partner of LaListe, the château took part in the 2024 and 2025 Galas, the 2026 Garden Party and LaListe Japan 2026. At the 2025 Gala, at the Quai d’Orsay, seven of its cuvées were poured at the cocktail reception.
