LaListe launched its Asia Tour 2025 in China with an unforgettable evening at the InterContinental Wuxi Taihu New City, celebrating the creativity, diversity, and excellence of Chinese gastronomy.
Led by Lucie Liu, Director of LaListe in China, and attended by Philippe Faure, President of LaListe, David Kibler, Consul General of France in Shanghai, and international chefs Bernard Pacaud (Paris) and Bruno Ménard (Singapore), the ceremony brought together chefs, restaurateurs, and culinary leaders from across the country for a night devoted to taste, innovation, and emotion.

From timeless traditions to bold contemporary interpretations, LaListe honored the Chinese finalists featured in the Top 1,000 World’s Best Restaurants 2025, in an atmosphere that reflected the energy, pride, and ambition driving China’s culinary scene.
Guests were treated to an exceptional buffet transforming dining into a feast for the senses, followed by a gala dinner created by renowned Sino-French chefs. From delicate dim sum and wok-fried specialties to ocean-fresh seafood, wagyu beef, and refined desserts, each course showcased the precision, creativity, and elegance of Chinese cuisine.

The evening was enriched by artistic performances, dance, and music, paying tribute to Chinese culture and its enduring spirit of creativity.
This memorable celebration marked the first stop of the LaListe Asia Tour 2025, which will continue in Tokyo and Seoul, highlighting the depth and diversity of Asia’s culinary excellence.
